This opportunity will see you working collaboratively with teams across our organisation, delivering graphic design projects to the highest standard. This includes working closely with the Communications and Marketing team to jointly deliver the majority of Wollongong City Council's design, marketing, and communication messaging and collateral.This role encompasses the entire Graphic Design practice from providing guidance at the initial job brief through to designing and presenting concepts to clients, negotiating changes and approvals, and supplying final artwork for digital upload, press, and signage output. You will work closely with your team and Art Director in the Wollongong City Council Administration building to ensure that all the work you produce aligns with all Wollongong City Council corporate brand standards.You'll be juggling multiple projects at any one time, often with challenging and conflicting deadlines.
