The role: An opportunity now exists to join the Adelaide office team on a full-time basis for a capable individual with extensive knowledge and experience. The Graphic Designer will provide support to the Asia Pacific Marketing Department and will suit a creative professional who thrives in a dynamic work environment. The position involves supporting graphic design and marketing tasks, working under the direction of both the Australian Marketing Manager and Hong Kong Marketing Specialist.
You will be assisting with numerous tasks in this varied and multi-faceted role which include but are not limited to, developing art direction and concepts for campaigns, creating a suite of assets off the original concept, artwork for print and digital purposes, daily social media imagery, event marketing, PowerPoint designs etc. A creative mindset, eye for detail, excellent time management and strong digital skillset will see you succeed.
Responsibilities: Work collaboratively within the Marketing Team to develop assets for marketing, campaigns, website and social media for the Australian, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong (China) markets, as well as any other markets as required.Create design concepts from scratch.Develop assets for print and meet supplier print requirements.Create designs for web and digital purposes.Produce engaging creative content for website and social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, etc. and company Blog.Prepare relevant PowerPoint presentations for events, training, etc.Assist with updating online marketing asset platforms (GoProspect & Canto).Meet tight deadlines for campaigns with hard deadlines.Address issues in a timely and appropriate manner.Drive the company's Core Values by contributing positively to the office culture and in all interactions with staff and clients.Uphold all processes and procedures implemented in line with the Company's standards and relevant Consumer Law.Undertake a wide variety of other associated Graphic Design, Marketing and Events work for the organisation.Perform other duties as assigned.About you: Relevant formal qualifications in a creative discipline.Proficient in both Traditional & Simplified Chinese written skill is highly preferred.Previous experience in a similar graphic design/marketing role.Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, XD and After Effects).Experience with standard e-commerce website platforms such as Sitecore.Self-starter with initiative, drive and a focus on producing industry-leading work.Experience in creating engaging content.Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines.Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.You are an open communicator who is always respectful and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.Self-motivated, results oriented and solutions focused.Demonstrates accuracy and quality in your work.Ability to work with and use confidential information with a high level of discretion.Demonstrated ability to accept delegation and complete assignments accurately and on time.Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime as required.Note:
