You'll be an integral part of our event success in this role! You'll collaborate closely with the Events Coordinator and Marketing Manager, tackling projects like webinar setup and supporting all our year-round events.
What will you do? Collaborate with the marketing team (Marketing Manager, Content Officer, Events Coordinator) to bring design concepts to life that will excite our audience.Produce eye-catching marketing materials such as brochures, publications, flyers, banners, website design, social media graphics, and advertisements.Design our new website (Interface Design experience is a plus!)Work on the main brand but develop solid branding for sub-brandsMaintain and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency in design elements across all materials and touchpointsRetouch and editing of photography and videographyManage the printing of print collateralManage both design and text revisionsOrganize physical and virtual event set-up, including the AV set-up, event recording, and Zoom hosts.What do you bring? 2+ year's graphic design experienceYou are a fast mover, able to turn around designs quickly and to a high standard.You will have a solution-focused, agile, positive mindset, and enjoy being both collaborative & autonomous.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignComfortable working in a fluid & fast-paced environmentHave a high attention to detailAbility to design using WindowsVideo editing skills and working knowledge of HubSpot are a bonus but not required.Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the businessWhat is next?
