As a Graphic Designer, you will support our Marketing Manager and current Graphic Designer in creating a diverse array of graphic, print, and digital materials that enhance our commercial leasing marketing effort.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce assets for property listings, brochures, social media posts, email campaigns, and online advertisements that align with the Brand Guidelines and under the guidance of the current Graphic Designer.
Learn and apply the Brand Guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital and print materials, maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
Collaborate with the Leasing Team to develop visually appealing materials, including digital & print brochures, property listings, signage, and other detailed graphics.
Assist the Marketing and Research Teams in creating engaging market reports and information memorandums that effectively communicate key market insights.
Support brand promotion initiatives by contributing to the design of campaign assets that boost online visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
Aid in the production of video and photography content for property showcases, helping with basic editing and post-production tasks as needed.
Help manage and organise folder structures and naming conventions, gaining valuable experience in digital asset management.
Contribute creative ideas and concepts, with opportunities to take on more complex projects as your skills develop.

1-2 Years Experience (holding a University Degree in Design or in related-fields)
Familiarity with Swiss Style design principles and their application in modern graphic design.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Lightroom for photo editing and management.
Ability to self-learn and adapt to new tools, potentially using Large Language Models (LLMs) for research and skill development.
Enthusiasm for graphic design and a willingness to grow in the field.
