About you The hospitality scene excites you which in turn gives you a deeper understanding of how to effectively appeal to our patrons through visual campaigns, branding and the ability to push boundaries to keep ahead of industry standards.
?A genuine passion for staying up to date with industry trends and a keen eye for aesthetics and creativity will ensure you excel in this role!
Handling every aspect of the production process from concept through to design, print and handover, your ability to manage projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines is what you thrive on!
You would describe yourself as being proactive, self-motivated and not afraid to embrace a challenge.?
You have no issue working alone but thrive on collaboration and working within a team, whether that's in the office or managing relationships at venue level.
To be successful in this role you will need Proven graphic design experience, ideally in a FMCG or a service-related industry? Adobe suite proficient – After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Understanding of website management with WordPress and ability to update content Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus High attention to detail and the ability to fine tune and edit designs & venue campaigns Strong sense of creative design and is on trend with the Hospitality Industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and present ideas to team members Ability to prioritise simultaneous projects, taking accountability to deliver projects timely and efficiently without prompting What you will do Logo creation Promotional material in motion and static Social media content Menu design Work closely with our managers at each venue to adapt briefs to tangible outcomes Produce and maintain branding manuals to ensure consistency across the group Be proactive with key calendar dates associated with the Hospitality industry What you need to know This is a full-time position based in the vibrant area of Potts Point.
You will have the option to work remotely from our 12 venues, providing the opportunity to take ownership over graphic design campaigns in a dynamic environment where results are recognised.?
