DescriptionReporting to the owner of business, you will have full responsibility over the graphics and marketing of the businessResponsibilities include: High-level graphic design with co-ordination skills across marketing, photography, and factory liaison Internal and external stakeholder management (dealing with suppliers) Understanding a new product life cycle, from sales through to manufacturing Point of sale creation - PDQ's, merchandising Tracking photography and co-ordination of stock in the showroom Presentations for the sales team Photo editing - experience across the whole abode suite Understanding Pantones and colour matching procedures with factories Packaging experience - Die Cut creations and mock-ups of concepts Bunnings website - product uploads NZ and AU Manage and delegate to a junior graphic designerProfileAs well as being able to pick things up quickly and work at pace, the successful candidate will look like: * Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role or a senior graphic designer * Demonstrated experience across the full adobe suite * Packaging experience - dye cut creation and mock-up concepts * Some sort of team management or mentoring of staff would be beneficial * Attention to detail is paramount as you proofread criteria and check all reporting * Adhering to deadlines and ensuring deadlines across the wider business are met * Be able to handle yourself in a fast-paced environment * Be accountable and reliable * Experience working with Bunnings, hardware or homewares industry would be highly beneficial * Dealing with overseas factories would be beneficial but not essential * A team player that enjoys working in a dynamic environmentJob OfferAs they move into their brand new spacious offices soon, you will be working in a modern, practical environment with all parking onsite.
