The Opportunity The Grants Revenue Officer role is responsible for the administration of external grant funding obligations.
Administration and policy adherence of ongoing grants program.Assist in stakeholder relationship administration and grant funding obligations, including documenting of project milestones, reporting and acquittals.Build and facilitate key internal stakeholder relationships, including divisional administration teams, internal grant project managers and finance department.Exercise accuracy in the development and maintenance of grants database and associated workflow tools.About You Can show experience with internal database management and statutory reporting of funding arrangements.Minimum three (3) years' experience in a finance and/or administration role in a multi-disciplinary organisation is essentialAbility to respond to and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy.Strong planning and organising skills across a broad spectrum of requirements.Demonstrated experience in multifaceted stakeholder managementTo Apply Applications in Word format should be forwarded to us by clicking the 'Apply' button below.
