There is one permanent and multiple temporary vacancies available.
What You Will Do: Analyse, assess and process applications in line with approved funding criteria and tests in relation to a client's eligibility to receive funding for legal representation.Gather additional information to support and verify application details.Assist clients, legal practitioners and other stakeholders in relation to grants of aid.Maintain files including preparing file notes, submissions, data entry, regular review and finalisation.About you: The successful candidate will have: Ability to accurately analyse, comprehend and interpret funding criteria and apply tests and procedures to make and document decisions.Knowledge of legal practices, procedures and terminology.Ability to communicate effectively with clients with complex needs, colleagues and internal/external stakeholders and have the ability to explain your decisions.What We Can Offer You: 36.25 hrs per week (full time hours).12.75% employer super contributions.Generous salary packaging available.Study leave for approved work-related courses.Interested?
