As a Harvest casual, you'll play a crucial role in GrainFlow operations, facilitating grain receival and storage through a network of 15 storage centres across four states. Diverse Roles, No Experience Required: Whether you're an experienced agriculture worker or a first timer, we have a place for you in our dynamic harvest teams as most seasonal harvest roles require no prior experience. We seek dedicated, hardworking individuals who are reliable team players with a willingness to learn. Share this extraordinary experience with family, friends, or partners. We have the below roles currently available; Grain Samplers:

Sampling and testing the grain. Comprehensive training provided as Grain Samplers play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of grain stocks
Provide exceptional customer service to growers and suppliers
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth grain flow
Utilize data entry skills to accurately record sample details and results

Grain Handlers:

Receive full training to operate and maintain grain storage machinery
Safely load and unload grain from trucks and other equipment
Employ efficient shovelling, sweeping, and handling techniques to maximize productivity
Assist with grain transfer and blending operations
Participate in bulk storage tasks, including tarping and bunker work, to preserve grain quality

Weighbridge Operators:

Full training provided for efficient weighbridge operation and record-keeping
Greet and assist drivers entering and exiting the facility
Accurately weigh and record grain quantities for transactions
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory procedures
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally

Plant Operators:

Safely operate and maintain mobile equipment such as Front-End Loaders, Telehandlers, and Water Trucks
Support the loading and unloading of grain trucks and railcars
Assist with general site maintenance and cleaning activities
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production targets
Prioritize safety at all times and operate machinery following stringent safety processes
