Graduate Speech Pathologist

The ORS Speech Pathology team is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us!
You will join a national team of 60+ Speech Pathologists in our NDIS division providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65.
You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses and disability types.
You will work with an amazing group of clients with varying complexity, communication and swallowing needs, over a period of months or even years.
You will play an integral part in your client's personal growth and development, working together to meet their goals.
You will form a close bond with your clients and celebrate their achievements together, every step of the way.
The type of assessments and interventions you will provide will include:
Communication AssessmentsSwallowing and Paediatric Feeding (Dysphagia) AssessmentsMealtime Management Plan development and reviewsAugmentative and Alternative Communication AssessmentsOngoing therapyYou will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth and ORS offices.

This resource is in addition to the many Managers and Team Leaders we have on staff!
Graduate ProgramsIf you have recently graduated, or are within your first 12 months of experience, you will be eligible to participate in ORS' six month tailored new graduate program.
This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia.
Many of our leaders started with ORS in our Graduate Program!
A few requirements:Tertiary qualifications in Speech PathologyRegistration or ability to become registered with SPAA car and licenceA National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)About ORS:We are one of the largest and fastest growing family owned and operated national allied health and workplace rehabilitation providers in Australia, with a proven track record and reputation for providing high quality evidence-based, and client-centred services for over 30 years!
