About the PositionsWe are looking to select a number of recent or upcoming Science Graduates who have the skills, drive, and passion to help us continue to succeed in a Global market.
The locations for the positions will be based in either Brisbane, Newcastle, or Emerald.
The Coal Division's Graduate Program is designed with the aim of developing balanced and creative individuals with an enthusiasm for coal analysis and the opportunity to apply and develop core disciplinary skills as a critical path to their career development.
It provides graduates with an extensive understanding of the processes involved in all aspects of the business through a number of rotations with opportunities for project management at later stages.
Our two-year graduate program provides a collaborative environment and a constant learning curve.
Your program will be based on the real job requirements of the sites, as well as your individual development needs.
You can expect to undertake at least two placements in laboratories within Australia.
