We're looking for self-starting graduates to join our two-year graduate program, becoming a part of our supportive team of rehabilitation consultants in our mission to help Australians be safe and well at work.
Everyday can look different at Konekt... but in general, you will: Provide initial assessment, testing and brief interventions for job seekers who have psychosocial and mental health barriers to obtaining or sustaining employment.
Perform new employment vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, recovery support.
Conduct initial assessments with injured workers and case management for return to same employment.
Assess and report on workers mental health fitness for work and psychological functional capacities.
Conduct intelligence testing and reporting.
Assess and make recommendations on effects of mental health and medical conditions on ability to work.
Write detailed case notes and reports.
Work with adult clients living with varying socioeconomic, educational, psychosocial and nationality backgrounds.

Here's the important bits that we're looking for:
A master's degree in psychology.
Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025.
Be eligible for Provisional Psychology registration with AHPRA, upon graduating.
Be eligible for the 5+1 supervision.
Be eligible to be Comcare accredited (desirable, but not essential).
Obtain a current Working with Children Check and have a pre-employment national criminal check.
Hold a full drivers' license (own vehicle is not necessary).
