As Program Coordinator, you will support the engagement and experience of our Early Career Programs (Graduates, Interns, Co-Ops, Cadets and Associates) across our Technology business. You will be crucial to supporting some of the key moments that matter to our early careers community like recruitment and onboarding, networking events, conferences, rotations, and program roll off; as well as add value by proactively identifying and delivering program improvement initiatives. This role is fast paced where no two days are the same. You will enjoy working autonomously as well as collaborating with peers and leaders, often to tight deadlines. The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload is essential in this role. You will work alongside a dedicated Early Career Programs team, and partner with a close group of stakeholders who are all passionate about early careers talent. This program is rapidly growing to support our talent strategy in key technical areas of Engineering, Data Science and Cyber, and you will be aligned to one of these streams. The Technology Early Career Programs Delivery Team sits within HR and partners with business leaders and experts to design and deliver the Programs. We support the identification and development of high potential people at the start of their careers to build the workforce of tomorrow. We're looking for you: This is a full-time, permanent position ideally based in Sydney (due to the requirement to attend/coordinate events). You will report to the Program Manager and be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Support the design and delivery of exceptional Early Career programs experiences Coordinate key cyclical activities such as recruitment support, onboarding, rotations and engagement events Manage scheduled and adhoc events and development sessions, including all logistics, facilitator requirements, attendee tracking and communications, as well as venues and catering (whether it's virtual or in person) Support and partner with key stakeholders in each business on all graduate and intern activities Attend university events and represent CommBank Establish and support each programs Graduate Committee, being a key contact for the Chair's and committee members, providing guidance on CommBank policies and working with the committee on initiatives and projects Work closely with Campus teams to support recruitment and learning events as part of the groupwide Graduate Program Provide general coordinator support to program management activities such as maintaining systems and data, processing expenses and managing an inbox and SharePoint. We're interested in hearing from people who are: Experience of working in a fast paced environment, supporting high volume activities, program delivery and event management, Excellent at time management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable with both delivering autonomously and collaborating with colleagues Experienced in providing clear messaging through various communication platforms Diligent, detail orientated and skilled in managing data, preparing reports and tracking metrics. Motivated to deliver exceptional experiences for our graduates and interns, from engaging events to process improvement initiatives.
