Our 24-month program provides a well-balanced approach to your clinical and personal development and Empowers you to make a real difference in people's lives.
In your first year, you will embark on a journey of professional development where you'll be supported by peers and mentors working in a team environment. A personalized GROWTH plan, with regular mentoring, learning modules and workshops will form the basis of your schedule.
Your Second year will enable you to explore different facets of our organisation through our Business Operations Program, Mentoring Program, and Advanced Clinical Skills Program, offering valuable exposure and experience.

Our dedicated graduate program provides wrap around support so you can confidently transition into life as a first-year clinician and extend the skills you worked hard to develop at university.
Our innovative service model focuses on delivering the best clinical outcomes for clients. As a Graduate Physiotherapist with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients ranging in age with various needs and goals. The work that we do is truly meaningful and our goal is to make a difference in people's lives and help improve their independence, safety and wellbeing in their own environment. We provide a graded caseload so you have time to develop skills in one area at a time.
