This role requires you to   Supervise staff in the manned court area Prepare duty rosters, including allocating daily duties and staff Liaise with the Court Coordinator on all staffing matters Check all warrants and other relevant official paperwork in your delegated court Effective communication with all court function operators Report directly to Operations Manager on any incidence What you need MUST have full working rights in Australia Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Federal Police Check, Criminal Check and Working with Children Check Control and restraint experience Senior First Aid and CPR or willing to obtain Ability to lead and support a team Exceptional communication skills High focus on safety and security awareness Ability to obtain Certificate 4 in Correctional Practices Access to Venperks (Ventia internal perks programme that offer a range of health, fitness, financial benefits, like Novated Leases, Salary sacrifice etc… Be part of a diverse team in a unique industry Career progression opportunities About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
