We provide the opportunity for every clinician to build a case load that aligns with their skills and interests, playing an integral part in clients' personal growth and development.The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include:Skill building and capacity buildingFunctional assessmentsSensory assessmentsAssistive technology assessmentsHome and living assessmentsHome modification assessmentsYou will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics.Graduate Program:You will be eligible to participate in ORS' six-month tailored new graduate program, which includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training, and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia.Work Life Balance:At ORS, we genuinely believe in the importance of a healthy work-life balance.
