Start dates can be flexible throughout Jan-March 2025 depending on your preference.If you are a passionate Occupational Therapist who wants to help transform lives through excellence and person-centred NDIS allied health services, then you will love working at ORS.You will work alongside 80+ dedicated Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types. We provide the opportunity for every clinician to build a caseload that aligns with their skills and interests, playing an integral part in clients' personal growth and development.The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include:Skill building and capacity buildingFunctional assessmentsSensory assessmentsAssistive technology assessmentsHome and living assessmentsHome modification assessmentsYou will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics.Graduate Program:You will be eligible to participate in ORS' six-month tailored new graduate program. This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training, and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia.
