This is a rare opportunity for an entry-level Mining Engineer to gain exposure working alongside a multi-disciplinary team who will provide you professional mentoring and hands-on training in an operational mining environment.
About the Role You will be exposed to all aspects of underground mine engineering including:
Supporting the Technical Services team in the development of operational schedulesAssisting with the optimisation of the Life of Mine Plan, through application of sound mining engineering design and strategic considerationUnderground mining including Bord and Pillar OperationsPreparing information for reporting in a professional mannerSeeking continual improvement opportunities within the Technical DepartmentSupporting project planning, producing project schedules, analysing project progress and reporting on the project planning indicatorsAbout you We are seeking applications from recently graduated Mining Engineers who have a keen and genuine interest in pursuing a career in the mining industry. You will have:
