About the Role This fantastic opportunity is for an enthusiastic and dynamic Graduate to join our General Insurance (Casualty) team in our Sydney office. Ideally, you will either be newly admitted or soon to be admitted into legal practice. It is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative team with varied tasks in a fast paced environment. In return you will have the opportunity to gain experience working alongside and learning from our highly regarded Principals. About You We are interested in candidates who are motivated and interested to gain expertise and insight into a variety of practice areas. Ideally, you will have: A genuine interest in working in insurance law or litigation. Ability to work fast and meticulously with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy. A great work ethic and be keen to learn and develop your career. A hard working and dedicated approach to your practice. Education Completion of a recognised Law degree in Australia. Completion or about to complete Practice Legal Training (PLT). Personal Qualities Is an active team player and seeks to build relationships with peers and team members. Demonstrates a can-do attitude and a willingness to help others. Innovative and alert to opportunities for continuous improvement and learning. Contributes ideas, opinions and suggestions in team discussions.
