About the roleIn this full-time position, commencing on 21 February 2025, rather than completing rotations in different practice areas, this particular program will be 100% focused on laying the foundations of this specialised area of practice. The successful applicant will have supervision from experienced practitioners and specialists and mentoring. This is a unique opportunity to accelerate your learning and gain valuable hands-on experience in CI&P.
In addition to the Practical Legal Training ("PLT") which we pay for, you will also participate in an extensive and highly practical development program and will undertake a variety of workshops designed to support your on-the-job training and build your legal and commercial knowledge.
As a graduate you will be assigned a buddy within the firm to help facilitate the transition; your buddy will know what it is like to be in your shoes and will greatly assist your integration into the firm. In addition, you will find Holding Redlich fosters a supportive and friendly culture at all levels across the firm, and peers, partners, business support and others you work with along the way are always on hand to help.
About youTo be eligible for this role you will have graduated, but not yet been admitted to practice.We are seeking a well-rounded, proactive, and engaged person with an inquiring mind and a commitment to excellence in the work they do. You will be a team player, with a can-do attitude and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will have a genuine interest in developing a career within Holding Redlich, specifically within CI&P, and this opportunity will be crucial in building the skills and experience required to transition into a first-year lawyer role.
Critical to your success will be your interest in learning, ability to take on constructive feedback and commitment to delivering the best possible service to our clients. You will also have excellent time management skills.
