Our exceptional mining practices, strong safety & health culture, and our focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence is renowned in the industry.  Job Description We are seeking expressions of interest from Engineers graduating at the end of 2024 in the following disciplines: Mining  Mechanical  Geology/Geotechnical  Survey We value our graduates and provide mentorship and hands-on training and guidance from experts in the field.  At the end of your 2 year graduate program you will have gained well rounded experience and be ready to progress to the next step in your career! Qualifications To set you up for success, we expect you will have: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Positive attitude and willingness to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid Australian drivers' licence Australian Working rights Ability to relocate to central Queensland for the 2 year program Additional Information What's on offer: Assistance towards relocation if required We will support you with camp accommodation (including all meals, gym, pool etc).
