Graduate Engineer or Design DraftspersonFlow Consulting Engineers have a position for either a graduate civil/structural engineer, an experienced civil/structural engineer, or an applicant with a trade background in drafting, fitting, or other structural/mechanical engineering fields with strong AutoCAD experience, who may be interested in working in design or considering studying or is studying civil/structural engineering or drafting.You will be working with a small team of engineers on a variety of projects in the geotechnical, structural, and civil fields.Day-to-day responsibilities will include:Assisting with field design measure-ups for structures and structural integrity inspections.Report writing and design documentation using AutoCAD.Assisting with geotechnical fieldwork.If possible, structural modeling, design, and documentation using SPACE GASS, CHECKSTEEL, & 12d software.Staff will be supported, assisted, and mentored by senior engineers, and it is expected the work will be enjoyable and meaningful.Details of the type of work undertaken is shown on our website flowconsultingengineers.com.au.
