We're expanding and looking for a talented Energy and Renewables Graduate to join us starting in September 2025.For over 35 years, we have been at the forefront of providing expert property advice to landowners and developers, enabling the successful development of renewable energy schemes. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking two forward-thinking, energetic, and passionate individuals to help us shape the future of sustainable energy.Locations:PerthInvernessWhat you'll be doing:Supporting our clients to achieve their renewable energy goals (E.g. Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Schemes, Onshore Wind, Green Hydrogen, Offshore Wind Connections and Grid & Infrastructure projects)GIS, constraint mapping and related tasksLand referencing and site findingLandowner engagement, including site visitsNegotiating land rights for commercial development projects Drafting strategic and client reportsAssisting with project management & business development Conducting research for a range of Energy and Renewables projectsConducting site visits and assessmentsWhat You'll AchieveYou'll get the chance to grow with us, in-fact we really want you to progress and will do all we can to help. You'll be enrolled on our 2-year graduate development programme, which will focus on commercial and financial acumen, presentation and writing skills and effective communication. This will develop you beyond your current technical expertise, building a strong foundation for your career in energy & renewables property consultancy. About You:A relevant degree, 2:1 or above (ideally a degree related to Energy & Renewables such as Geography or Land Economy)You will need a Full UK Driver's Licence & vehicleSome prior experience with GIS software is preferableA passion for Energy, Renewables & SustainabilityCompetent and professional communication skillsSelf-motivated, creative, innovative with a strategic mindsetDriving licence and access to your own vehicle (if this isn't possible please highlight this on your application so we can explore options with you)What You'll Achieve:You'll have the opportunity to grow alongside us, and we're committed to supporting your progress every step of the way.
