Job Description ConsMin produces some of the world's highest grade manganese ore and is considered a world leader in manganese mining. Our ConsMin Australian operation (Woodie Woodie) is based in the WA Pilbara, 407kms south-east of Port Hedland. We are currently seeking a People & Culture Graduate Advisor to join our corporate office. This position will be your platform to develop as a Human Resources professional and support the continued success of our People & Culture department.
The successful applicant will be responsible for: Assisting the team in delivery of the strategic plan which includes any research or project work required Assist the development of Company Standards, Policies and Procedures Identify and assist with company-wide vacancies, internal transfers, pay increases and position changes Manage the probation process for new employees, sending reminders to Supervisors to complete 6-week, 3-month and 6-month reviews with employees, assisting with any performance concerns Conduct exit interviews with employees that have left the business, assisting in collating reports that cover the data obtained to our leadership team Managing the leave process, endorsing on all leave without pay, days in lieu, compassionate leave and training offsite Drafting and making amendments to company standards and procedures.
