Graduate Accountant

We are currently seeking a full-time Graduate Accountant to join our well-established accounting office, located in West Leederville. We have clients across a wide variety of industries and offer a range of services to our clients that include accounting, tax, and advisory services. With on-the-job training, this is a fantastic opportunity for a recently or soon-to-be graduated student to expand their skill set and be exposed to a wide range of learning opportunities.About the RoleYour roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Preparation of Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements, and Reports for various entity structures such as Individuals, Companies, and Family Trusts.Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Business Activity Statements.Liaising with external parties on behalf of clients, i.e., Australian Taxation Office and various financial institutions.The successful applicant will have:An Accounting Degree obtained in AustraliaProficient use of Microsoft Office and computer skillsHigh level of communication and interpersonal skillsGreat time management and prioritization skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAn enthusiastic work ethicIs honest, reliable, and hardworkingThe Benefits:Full Chartered Accountant study support and mentoringPaid Chartered Accountant study daysCareer progression pathwaysPlease note due to the high volume of applications, only those shortlisted will be contacted.
