Graduate Accountant / Finance Assistant (AP)  Advance your finance career with a role that values accuracy, efficiency, and growth. As a Graduate Accountant / Finance Assistant (AP), you'll be a key player in our finance team, supporting our operations by ensuring accurate, timely financial processing.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented graduate to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the accounts payable function. Process and manage company invoices with accuracy and care.Authorise company purchases and coordinate approvals with department heads.Work closely with sales agents, property managers, and admin staff to facilitate seamless financial processes.Issue invoices to Agents in Conjunction.Complete month-end tasks, including reconciling credit cards and bank accounts.Perform month-end reconciliation of agent debits/credits across platforms such as Multi Array, Airtable, and Xero.This role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time employment.

The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for someone who:
Is highly organised with a keen eye for detail.Has excellent communication skills and collaborates well with others.Is proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ideally, systems like Xero, Multi Array and Airtable.Has a solid understanding of AP/AR principles, practices, and regulations.Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and consistently meets deadlines.Possesses strong customer service and problem-solving skills.Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or is working towards completing one.Holds a drivers licence.We welcome applications for both Full-Time and Part-Time roles, with flexibility for reduced hours spread across five days.
