Grader Operator - Randstad

Randstad is seeking skilled Grader Operators to join our team on a labour hire contract to work on regional roads in South Australia, where you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to assist with road construction and maintenance.
You will be working on a rotating roster of 18 days on, followed by 10 days off, providing a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities: Operate graders to assist with road construction and maintenance on regional roads.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery.
Perform pre-start checks and maintenance on equipment.
Work effectively in a team environment and follow safety procedures.
Adhere to all local regulations and company policies.
Key Requirements: Valid HC License (minimum).
Proven experience in operating graders.
Ability to work in a remote environment on regional roads in South Australia.
Must reside within 2 hours of Port Augusta.
Strong commitment to safety and a solid work ethic.
