Job Description
The Shire of East Pilbara are seeking candidates for a Grader Operator role.
The Shire of East Pilbara is Australia's largest Shire, offering a diverse mix of desert sands from the Great Sandy and Gibson Deserts to the pristine coastal reserve of Cape Keraudren.
Being the largest local Government Authority in Western Australia, they service the town sites of Newman, Marble Bar, Nullagine and local communities.
This position involves frequent remote travel and extended periods away from home.
The minimum working hours are 76 hours per fortnight Monday to Friday.
The current roster is a 10/4 (10 days on and 4 days off) 100 hour fortnight; however, this may change as and when required for the Shire's operational needs.
Salary for this role is Level 5/6 – range: $77,625 to $87,975 plus living allowance of $13,125.
