About the Role:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of academic and non-academic roles. Your expertise in talent sourcing, recruitment strategy, and relationship building will ensure that our client continues to attract the best candidates in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers across various departments to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies. Utilize a range of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks, to ensure a strong fit with the university's culture and values. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Stay informed of trends and best practices in higher education recruitment, and continually refine your approach to stay ahead of the competition. About You:
Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the higher education sector or a similar environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
