Gp Practice Nurse (Rn Or Een)

We are seeking a part-time or full-time Practice Nurse for a prominent Wodonga GP clinic. They are a well-known group of Wodonga doctors with a full patient load capacity.

As an experienced practice nurse, you will be responsible for working with patients on their health plans and implementing Chronic Disease Management strategies.

You will also serve as an Immunisation Nurse.

We welcome applications from Registered Nurses or Enrolled Nurses with proven GP practice experience.
