Gp Practice Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the practice Supervise, mentor, and support the professional development of admin staff Support the healthcare team to deliver excellent patient care Address patient concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Lead quality improvement initiatives including accreditation compliance Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures Manage financial aspects of the practice, including payroll and budgeting Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of Medicare, Tyro, medical software Work independently and within the team What We Offer: Very friendly, supportive team and work environment Competitive salary commensurate with experience Support for professional development Commitment to work-life balance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
