Join Australia's largest private health care provider as a part-time GP Liaison for Shepparton Private Hospital, owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care.
About the Role This key position, reporting directly to the hospital CEO in collaboration with the Doctor Engagement Manager, will be responsible for doctor engagement, marketing hospital services, and driving referral growth.

An open driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
Remuneration will be based on experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to develop and execute cohesive strategies that support growth in key specialties.
Promote specialists and build referrals through GP practice visits and a CPD program.
Develop targeted communications to profile new and existing medical specialists and services.
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing GP practices in our catchment.
Maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to advance business goals.
Identify and leverage opportunities to accelerate results and meet stakeholder needs.
Maintain and grow our GP database, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
Provide monthly reports to evaluate effectiveness of activities and demonstrate ROI through increased referrals.
Your Skills and Experience A minimum of 3 years' experience in a business development or similar role in health care.
Understanding of medical specialists and the relationship with referrers including GPs, other specialists, and health care professionals.
Strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
Ability to effectively engage with key stakeholders in the health care industry.
Experience using data to monitor the market, build a pipeline of opportunities, and create growth strategies.
Experience with cold calling and influencing referrer groups.
Desirable : Experience in the private health care sector.
Event management experience.
