Collaborating closely with risk management teams, business units, and senior leadership, you'll deliver actionable insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.Role Location: Brisbane or Melbourne Role Type: Permanent, FulltimeWhat will your day look like?Generate and maintain clear, actionable reports, dashboards, and metrics to support strategic decision-making.Drive change and increase awareness of risk management across the Bank.Organize meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain records for committees, ensuring adherence to terms of reference.Develop effective governance processes to ensure assurance with risk and compliance obligations.Analyse data to provide insights that enhance the management of operational and compliance risks.Challenge and simplify existing reporting solutions, implementing automated processes where feasible.Ensure data accuracy and integrity for timely, high-quality reporting.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote a culture of risk awareness and effective governance.Support the Bank's strategic objectives in line with risk appetite and governance practices.What will you bring?Solid experience in risk, governance, strategy, or finance-related roles.Prior experience in risk management aligned with core frameworks and standards.An analytical mindset focused on identifying key issues and deriving actionable insights from data.Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills.Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Cognos, and data visualisation tools.Exceptional stakeholder management skills that foster collaboration and trust.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
