A reputable and well-established Townhouse Builder/Developer creating a large footprint in QLD require a skilled Foreman who specializes in high-end Townhouses.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for managing and guiding sub-contractors to ensure the project is completed on time and at the highest quality.
You may be required to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend works.

The Role And Responsibilities: Reporting to the Site Manager & Senior Project Manager Daily supervision of subcontractors, trades, and suppliers across the full life cycle of the project Monitoring and management of strict level of Health and Safety on site General site administration duties (planning / scheduling, tool box meetings) Ensuring quality work practices and high detailed level of finishes The Successful Candidate will have: QBCC Site Supervisors licence and White Card Prior experience with high volume Residential Townhouse Projects Carpentry Trades Background Proven experience as a General Foreman / Site Supervisor on residential Townhouse projects Thorough understanding of OH&S requirements Excellent time management & communication skills Attention to detail and be able to work autonomously Benefits Award winning Builder Career progression A steady pipeline of projects allowing for employment stability Please call Miller Langford-Ely on 0466 806 871 for more information or email your CV to .
