The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a talented and results-driven Retail Marketing Manager ready for their next career step. You will be the marketing lead for the shopping centre, driving the strategic marketing direction at a busy asset in Canberra.
Drive the strategic marketing direction for the shopping centreDevelop and manage centre based marketing campaignsEnd to end strategic marketing and budget managementBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders, retailers and the local communityBuild and maintain effective relationships with relevant agencies including web, search, creative and media agencies.Create and implement a strategic marketing plan and calendar to drive salesAnalyse sales performance to create strategic campaignsIdentify market, industry and competitor trendsEnd to end campaign management across all marketing channelsWork collaboratively and manage your Marketing team to deliver & execute campaignsThe Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in managing end to end marketing campaigns and budgets, ideally within the Shopping Centre industryStrong financial/commercial acumen to make practical best for business decisionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTake accountability for the financial reporting and management of the marketing budgetStrong attention to detailDemonstrated ability building effective relationships with key stakeholders, retailers and the communityProven experience in digital marketing, social media community management and content generationPlease call Tiffany Jolly on 0412 761 144 for more information or email your CV to ******.
