About the Role:
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of property management, ensuring the smooth operation of ingoing and outgoing inspections, routine inspections, leasing, and communication between landlords and tenants. You will take charge of a well-established portfolio of properties and help provide exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of 120 properties with a hands-on approach Coordinate ingoing and outgoing inspections, including detailed reports Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance and maintenance Maintain clear and professional communication with landlords and tenants Handle leasing and tenancy agreements Ensure timely rent collections and resolve any disputes Provide top-tier customer service, keeping both landlords and tenants satisfied Contribute to the continuous improvement of our property management processes Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Every 3rd Saturday (flexible) Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience in Property Management Current COR (Certificate of Registration) required Experience with ALO or similar property management software is a plus Why You'll Love Working Here:
