Take the lead in a fast-paced, dynamic position supporting a high-performing Property Management team. With hands-on experience and exposure to premium properties, your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with a Senior Property Manager to deliver exceptional service Processing applications and conducting thorough reference checks Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople Managing repairs, maintenance, and inspections, including condition reporting Overseeing lease negotiations and sign-ups to create seamless client experiences

We're looking for a driven go-getter ready to thrive in a dynamic environment. You'll need to bring:
A Certificate of Registration , a reliable car, and a valid driver's license Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building relationships Impeccable attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills A polished, professional presentation and a can-do attitude Previous Real Estate experience is highly desirable
