Headed up by a Principal that has over 25 years experience across anything luxury on the Northern Beaches, this is an opportunity to work alongside a trusting, caring & quality Agent.
The Role:

Monday – Friday Manage a portfolio of 90-100 properties – they are all local & this is a neat and tidy portfolio Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants Rental arrears management Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports Carry out regular rent and lease reviews Working towards KPI's NO accounts, NO leasing
The Candidate:
A Current Certificate of Registration Ability to manage a prestigious workload with high-end clientele - you will be working on multi-million dollar listings Provide a high standard of customer service Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
