What are we looking for?
Proven track record successfully leading a sales team (ideally 10+) Tech savvy, solutions focused Change management experience Modern leadership approach and philosophy geared toward upcoming generations of recruiters What will you be doing?
Motivating, leading and inspiring the Real Estate recruitment team while nurturing a 'can do' culture and winning attitude; Assisting Regional Directors to source and onboard new talent; Leading sales meetings and managing the team(s) to an agreed revenue budget; Proactively manage team members professional development, growth and performance identifying any potential problems in advance; Working in partnership with group services to improve compliance and operational excellence; Identifying training needs of team and team members and delivering effective, aligned training sessions.
