The Client:
Our client is a private organisation that owns, develops and actively manages a diversified property portfolio.
This role will see you joining a high-performing team working on a quality portfolio of retail assets.
The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Facilities Manager to operate the assets efficiently.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Provide technical and operational process support Establish and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders Preparing, executing, and managing cost-effective maintenance operations asset-wide Assist in the preparation of annual operating budget/s, financial reporting, and Capex management Ensure compliance with OH&S and high-level Risk Management is provided Intermittent onsite inspections and reporting for each site and its internals Managing contractors around the reliability, sustainability, and preservation Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
5+ years Facilities Management experience Strong communication skills & attention to detail Strong financial acumen Manage minor CAPEX projects, OHS, emergency issues and property maintenance; Experience with preventative maintenance scheduling Experience in the management of subcontractorsand suppliers Proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills Benefits
