Renowned for their commitment to excellence and innovation, this is a unique opportunity to work alongside a dedicated leadership team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in their day-to-day operations. This pivotal role will involve assisting with the coordination of lease documentation, managing legal paperwork, and ensuring the timely handling of critical dates. You will also provide broader administrative support to department heads and the board.This part-time role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in property, leasing, or legal environments.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate lease documentation and ensure all legal paperwork is accurately prepared, tracked, and finalised.Monitor and manage critical dates, deadlines, and key milestones for leasing and other operational activities.Act as a key liaison between the COO, department heads, and board members, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment.Prepare board reports, agendas, and meeting minutes as required.Provide high-level administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and email correspondence.Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks to support the COO and broader leadership team.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have:Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Legal Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in handling legal documents and critical dates.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving and task management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document management systems.A background in property, shopping centres, or legal environments (highly regarded but not essential).What's On OfferA flexible part-time role tailored to your schedule.The opportunity to work with a supportive and dynamic leadership team.A collaborative, professional environment with room to grow and develop your skills.Competitive remuneration package and the chance to make a meaningful impact.Apply NowTo learn more, contact Milli Hargreaves at.
