About the position:This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Construction Litigation Lawyer to join a dynamic and successful practice, where you will engage in challenging, high-stakes construction litigation.
In this role, you will:
Work closely with two senior lawyers who are prominent figures in construction litigation.Lead and mentor a team of junior lawyers, overseeing their development and guiding them through complex cases.Manage a broad spectrum of construction disputes, including contract breaches, defects, delays, and professional negligence.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.Provide strategic legal counsel, helping clients navigate complex legal issues and achieve favorable outcomes.Participate in business development initiatives to support the growth of the practice.Key Requirements:3-5 years of post-admission experience in construction litigation (private practice experience required).Strong litigation capabilities, particularly in construction law matters.Exceptional drafting and analytical skills.Ability to manage cases autonomously and collaborate effectively with senior lawyers.Enthusiasm for mentoring and developing junior legal talent.Proven skills in client relationship management and business development.Capacity to handle multiple cases concurrently and prioritise efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.On offer:Our client provides a dynamic and supportive work environment where your expertise will be highly valued.
