Job Description • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns ensuring maximum performance and ROI. • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective advertising strategies aligned with business objectives. • Drive qualified traffic, increase brand awareness, and achieve lead generation or sales targets through diverse online channels. • Take initiative and demonstrate problem-solving skills to proactively address challenges and enhance results using Google AdWords. • Stay updated on industry trends and Google Ads innovations to implement best practices in campaign management. • Work as a committed and reliable member of the team, contributing to the overall success of the company. Must Haves • At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Google Ads Specialist or similar role. • Excellent English verbal, written, and communication skills • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing Google Ads campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and target audience. • Conducted thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords, enhancing overall campaign performance. • Proficiency in creating compelling ad copies and optimizing landing pages to improve conversion rates. • Experience in monitoring campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS), while actively tracking conversions. • Conducted A/B testing experiments to optimize campaign performance and effectively manage ad spend. • Proven ability to analyze campaign data, offering actionable insights and recommendations to enhance overall performance. • A commitment to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging features within the Google Ads platform. • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with team members, including graphic designers and content writers. • Proficiency in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Google Ads campaigns. • Proactive approach in staying informed about competitors' advertising strategies within the industry.
