Titleist is seeking a skilled and dedicated Club Fitting Specialist to represent our brand primarily in South Australia, with some time in Tasmania. This full-time role will put you at the forefront of Titleist's club fitting events, where you'll deliver exceptional experiences for golfers and industry professionals, showcasing our advanced club technology and industry-leading equipment.
Your Role: As the face of Titleist at consumer events, you will:
Execute primarily club, but also ball fitting events across the region, providing a premium fitting experience that demonstrates the performance benefits of Titleist equipment. Support key national account events and product launches. Educate consumers and trade partners on Titleist products and the benefits of custom fitting (both ball and club). Your Profile: We're looking for a team player with:
A strong understanding of golfer's equipment needs and the importance of being fitted properly. Experience in custom golf fitting is highly desirable. Strong communication, time-management, and organisational skills. An attention to detail. Well-developed listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships quickly. A proactive, positive approach with a desire to drive sales. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required and travel extensively within the region. Travel interstate 4-6 times annually will also be required. The ability to conduct regular lifting and carrying of products and equipment for events is a requirement of this role. PGA qualifications are an advantage, but not essential. Current driver's license. It is also important to note that the successful candidate will be expected to live in the greater Adelaide area.
Remuneration: Circa $80k inclusive of bonus opportunities, + super + car.
