About We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Golf Course Manager to join the most exciting entertainment golf course in Australia, located in the picturesque surroundings of Boomerang Farm, Mudgeeraba Gold Coast. As the Golf Course Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations, enhancing customer experiences, and driving the success of the facility under new ownership.

Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of golf course operations including maintenance, scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and customer service. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Supervise and train staff members to maintain high standards in course conditions, customer service, and safety protocols. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the facility. Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve the golf course offerings. Ensure compliance with all regulations, safety standards, and environmental practices related to golf course management. Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, members, and the local community to enhance the reputation and growth of the golf course. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in golf course management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. Knowledge of golf course maintenance practices, equipment, and industry trends. Familiarity with golf course software systems and technology.
