Go to Market Manager About the Role The Go-To-Market Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, services, and propositions to drive growth and improved customer experience outcomes. The role requires a good understanding of marketing principles, customer needs, the competitive landscape, and the delivery of projects in complex, highly regulated businesses.
The role will work with the CX, Marketing & Innovation team, working closely with cross-project teams and operational teams across BVAC (and wider BU's) to drive demand for places in our homes, build the BVAC brand, and support customer experience initiatives – particularly those with a focus on improving conversion and retention.
