Purpose of the Role The Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager is responsible for executing the company's go-to-market strategy, driving alignment across sales, marketing, and product to ensure successful delivery of revenue outcomes. This role focuses on sales enablement, competitive intelligence and cross department collaboration to deliver the successful launch of new products and features. Acting as a key liaison between teams, the GTM Manager ensures the seamless integration of campaigns, tools, training, processes and strategies into market execution.
Key Responsibilities Strategy and planningDevelop and own the go-to-market plan aligned with strategic business priorities to drive profitable initiatives with measurable customer impact.Partner with stakeholders to implement tactical campaigns and initiatives which achieve revenue goals, customer satisfaction and retention.Define and track success metrics for all GTM initiatives to ensure effectiveness.Sales enablement and communicationManage and deliver sales enablement strategies including creating tailored tools, resources and collateral to support the sales team and enhance their effectiveness.Work with marketing to deliver assets to support sales team including presentations, cheat sheets, FAQs, case studies, videos etc.Design and execute sales communications plans for new products, features and services, ensuring clarity and consistency across all channels.Design and deliver product training for sales teams to ensure they are prepared for market success.Cross functional collaborationPartner with internal teams including marketing, product and sales to ensure alignment and effective execution of GTM strategies.Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, develop campaigns and align on GTM strategies.Work with marketing and product to streamline all customer-facing materials and internal sales processes.Campaign Planning and ExecutionPartner with marketing team to create integrated campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.Develop product-focused content, such as webinars, blogs, and whitepapers, that supports customer acquisition and retention efforts.Competitive intelligence and market insightsGather and effectively communicate competitive intelligence and customer insights to inform business and sales strategies.KPI's General Overview Successful execution of go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives.Measurable improvement in sales readiness and effectiveness.Engagement and adoption rates of sales tools and resources.Revenue growth and customer retention metrics from implemented initiatives.Timely delivery and quality of sales collateral and enablement programs.What are we looking for? Proven experience in sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, or a related role within a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.Expertise in developing and delivering sales tools, resources, and training programs.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.Proficiency with tools such as CRM and sales platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Outreach, Zoominfo).Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in SaaS or other B2B technology.Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Bonus knowledge and skills Experience in customer marketing or competitive intelligence.What to Expect Our marketing team are a friendly, social, and experienced group that values collaboration and creativity.
