About the Role Reporting to the CEO, you'll lead the strategy and operational services of AIA's membership function, fostering a strong and engaged membership community through innovative programs, communications, and services.
What you'll do Develop and Lead Strategy: Create and execute AIA's Membership Strategy to enhance member value, engagement and experience. Enhance Member Engagement: Deliver communications services and products, building relationships with media and partners to boost AIA's profile and member engagement. Oversee Membership Services: Oversee membership renewals, registrations, and develop systems to enhance efficiency for a seamless, professional service. Develop Member Education: Develop and manage education initiatives for students, emerging professionals and the broader membership to promote inclusivity and connection. Manage Member Programs: Ensure the successful delivery of events, including awards and recognition programs, driving member participation and continuous improvement. Leadership and Development: Motivate and support a high-performing team, fostering success and collaboration. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred). Extensive senior leadership experience in membership engagement, association management, or related fields with a track record in strategic planning and execution. Strong leadership and coaching and developing skills. Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build partnerships across all levels. Strong commercial, project management and problem-solving skills. Expertise in member engagement strategies and digital tools. Why work with us?
