Glue is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team at our Central Park Store!
The Role:
An Assistant Store Manager at our Central Park store , you will support the Store Manager by leading, driving and inspiring your team to achieve overall success.

You will also be responsible, however not limited to the following duties & responsibilities:
Lead by example to assist in setting management expectations across your Team Train, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning Problem solving and ability to provide solutions Assist with roster management and payroll approval Manage the team ( Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner Proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e.
stock shrinkage Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store To be successful in the role, you will have:
