Position Title: GlobalView Integration ConsultantReporting Line: Senior Implementation DirectorPosition Purpose:Implement the essential components of ADP's HCM Integration for our Multinational Corporations (MNC) clients.Key Responsibilities:Implement the HCM Integration solution as part of the overall implementation project team.Lead local design/mapping workshops with client to gather and document detailed information on the requirements, while keep alignment and consistency with global design.Support implementation payroll project team with the integration decision aspects impacting payroll designResponsible for configuration, unit testing, end-to-end integration testing, data loading, go-live cutover and transition to client services to ensure a successful go liveTroubleshoot complex integration issues.
Provide support for issue resolution, specifically investigation and solution identificationEnsure that appropriate integration deliverables are kept up to date throughout the projectProactively inform pertinent stakeholders (e.g., Global Solution Designer, Project Manager, Implementation Management) of any potential client escalations, scope variations, task slippages and risks that may arise during the projectActively contribute to after action review/lessons learned on projects to drive continuous improvement and client satisfactionWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment, drive quality and client satisfactionUse SAP and ADP Technologies/tools to implement integrations between HCM systems and SAP ERPSupport communications on methodology and business process improvements within the Implementation teamsContribute and participate in knowledge sharing and team development sessions.Maintain up to date knowledge of the Products, templates, tools & processes to aid in workshops and implement efficientlyProvide feedback on the Products, templates, tools, & processes based on client interactionsExperience:Knowledge of SAP ERP PY and good understanding of Integration Technologies and/or ADP Integration SolutionsFour (4) + years' experience implementing SAP HCM internationally or within global organizationsExceptional communications skills written and verbal.Superior prioritization, analytical, interpersonal and follow-up skills.Demonstrated ability to manage client interactions.Ability to work in a team environment or independently depending upon task.Ability and enthusiasm in facilitating virtual meetings involving international parties.Comfortable on video presenting to various client audiences.Hands-on experience with Workday, Oracle or SFSF Integration (preferred).Certifications / Qualifications:Tertiary qualification in a related field.Workday, Oracle, or SAP Integration Certification (preferred)Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP: ADP is committed to an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace, and is further committed to providing equal employment opportunities regardless of any protected characteristic including: race, color, genetic information, creed, national origin, religion, sex, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, lawful alien status, ancestry, age, marital status, protected veteran status or disability.
